Embodied Drawing and Creative Play - A 3h Explorative Workshop with Katie Sollohub and Marina Tsartsara (Somatic Arts Practitioner) - together we will be guiding you through body based creative exercises, exploring drawing through movement and sensation.

Come and join us on Shoreham Beach as we take inspiration from the elements, combining a walk on the beach with the breath, feel the rhythm of the waves echoed in the movement of our own bodies, and find an exciting new way to express ourselves through drawing. Using charcoal and other dry drawing media on both small and large scale paper.

This is a taster workshop, suitable for all, no experience needed. All materials will be provided, plus refreshments
