Embodied Drawing: a two-day course focused on using the whole body to explore gestural drawing on a large scale 7/8 December 2023
Making Room fror Drawing: an inventive three-day course in which you will create your own drawing den, immersing yourself in a drawn world of your own making.17-19 Jan 2024
Drawing – a studio residency: take time to expand your own drawing practice and work alongside Katie as she shares her practice with you. 22-26 Jan 2024

Katie's passion and belief in drawing as a fundamental part of her practice can be felt through the number of innovative and experimental drawing courses she delivers each year at the Seawhite Studio. Her approach is calm, clear and meditative. She is brilliant at creating processes that lead students into making work without angst and anticipation of the outcome. Through her teaching she offers students opportunities to try out new approaches to drawing – new materials, new processes, new exercises - and encourages students to experiment with form and scale.
